McIntosh Announces TradeUP Program, But There’s a Catch
McIntosh doesn’t often offer something like this, so it was important that readers be aware of this new program aimed at their fairly large customer base. It’s time for an upgrade, but the prices for the latest components seem out of reach? Before you get too excited, there are some details you need to know.

McIntosh products seem to last forever, but sometimes owners would like to replace their amplifier, receiver, or other component with upgraded features, but one hurdle is that McIntosh components are very expensive, even for those with large salvage incomes.
However, for current owners, McIntosh has just announced a deal that will be hard to pass up, the TradeUP program.

What is the TradeUP program
From from May 1 to June 30, 2023owners of certain McIntosh power amplifiers, integrated amplifiers, preamps and receivers can take advantage of the TradeUP program.
You can trade in a qualified McIntosh component for up to 75% of its original suggested retail price to use it to purchase a qualified new all-in-one or stereo amplifier, preamplifier, integrated amplifier or receiver. Monoblock amplifiers must be sold and bought in pairs.
